The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is the premier credential in seller representation. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance.

The Certified Military Home Specialist (CMHS)  gives Real Estate Professionals the training to be equipped to handle with excellence the home purchase needs of active duty and former military clients. This is a way to honor and become a “watchdog” for the men and women of the United States military and their families, for their service to our nation, and to fulfill the obligation we have to each and every one of these heroes for the freedoms we enjoy. 

The Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certification  teaches real estate professionals to work with distressed sellers and the finance, tax, and legal professionals who can help them, qualify sellers for short sales, develop a short sale package, negotiate with lenders, safeguard your commission, limit risk, and protect buyers.

Accredited Staging Professional (ASP). According to ASP®, the Accredited Staging Professional training organization, citing a report by The International Association of Home Staging Professionals®, staged homes sell for an average of 17 percent higher price. Even in today’s market there are many professionals that still do not understand the importance of staging properties for sale. Home Staging is your number one marketing tool. It makes the photos look fantastic for the MLS and internet which in turn will make the phone ring. You will receive more showings and it will help to get your home sold faster and for top dollar. 

On a more personal note...
