The Social Media Pro (SMP) designation covers the social media skills that are a huge part of the tool-set successful REALTORS should use in their marketing efforts. This designation covers all platforms of social media and how to use it effectively to promote a seller's listings and business.
The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is the premier credential in seller representation. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance.
The Certified Military Home Specialist (CMHS) gives Real Estate Professionals the training to be equipped to handle with excellence the home purchase needs of active duty and former military clients. This is a way to honor and become a “watchdog” for the men and women of the United States military and their families, for their service to our nation, and to fulfill the obligation we have to each and every one of these heroes for the freedoms we enjoy.
The Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certification teaches real estate professionals to work with distressed sellers and the finance, tax, and legal professionals who can help them, qualify sellers for short sales, develop a short sale package, negotiate with lenders, safeguard your commission, limit risk, and protect buyers.
Accredited Staging Professional (ASP). According to ASP®, the Accredited Staging Professional training organization, citing a report by The International Association of Home Staging Professionals®, staged homes sell for an average of 17 percent higher price. Even in today’s market there are many professionals that still do not understand the importance of staging properties for sale. Home Staging is your number one marketing tool. It makes the photos look fantastic for the MLS and internet which in turn will make the phone ring. You will receive more showings and it will help to get your home sold faster and for top dollar.
On a more personal note...
I am happily married to an amazing man who is a respected Chiropractor in League City. We give to charities for veterans, servicemen, and animal charities that do not euthanize. Rest assured you are working with a local professional with a good reputation, and good morals and values.
Bri Miranda, Buyer Specialist
Originally from El Salvador I immigrated to the United States in 2003. I arrived to California with dreams of becoming the American success story. Even though I was in the Foster Care System I did not allow the circumstances to hinder my dreams. I was honored to receive recognition from the California State Senate for graduating with Honors from John F. Kennedy High School. From there I began studies at Los Angeles Valley College and eventually the United Education Institute. I made the move back to El salvador continuing my college education. I donated my time for over Two years teaching English to lower income children which was amazingly gratifying.
In 2013 I was ecstatic to come back to the United States and arrived into Houston, where I met my husband and started my family. I can't imagine living anywhere else. From the first time you meet me you will feel at ease with my working style and my ability to represent your best interests. I specialize in representing clients in the purchase and sale of their home and I'm fluent in Spanish for those that are more comfortable in their native language. I am a full time professional Realtor who stays updated with the latest Real Estate Technology and trends. Being a stickler for the details I take extreme pride in my work. I have a strong work ethic and I am committed to my clients to establish a satisfied and happy relationship.
Proud Supporter: My family loves to give back in any way we possibly can. For example, as a family we have collected clothing for the homeless, I have given my time for teaching, and during the Hurricane Harvey aftermath we helped all we could by bringing meals to the victims. My dream is to help orphans realize that just because they were dealt a "bad hand" they can overcome adversity to live a wonderful life doing whatever they dream of.
